Who is GCC?
We are two licensed, board-certified clinical social workers who have
developed a unique team approach to serving our clients needs. All
assessment and care management services are provided personally by us.
We combine over 35 years of experience in geriatric social work to
provide the highest level of personalized service to each of our
clients. Our professional affiliations include: National Association
of Professional Geriatric Care Managers, National Association of
Social Workers, National Council on the Aging, National Family
Caregivers Association, Grass Roots Organization for the Wellbeing of
Seniors.

Renée Workman Delacroix
MSW, LCSW-C, C-ASWCM
Certified Care Manager
Renée Delacroix received her Master's degree in Social Work from the
University of Maryland and is a licensed, board-certified clinical
social worker in Maryland. She has special expertise in the field
of gerontology and has provided counseling and care management
services for older adults and their families in Maryland since 1984
with a focus on creating solutions which allow seniors to maintain
independent functioning. |

Margi Helsel-Arnold
MSW, LCSW-C, LICSW, C-ASWCM
Certified Care Manager
Margi Helsel-Arnold
received her Master's degree in Social Work and Certificate in
Gerontology from the Catholic University of America. She is a
licensed, board-certified clinical social worker in Maryland and D.C.
Ms. Helsel-Arnold has been working since 1981 in the Maryland and D.C.
area primarily with older adults and their adult children focusing
on issues related to loss of independent functioning and exploring
ways of enhancing the quality of life for older adults whom she
serves. |
Renée and Margi have special expertise
in problems related to Alzheimer's disease and other related
dementias, changes related to other physical and mental health
conditions, and advance medical directives. They have worked
extensively with families coping with transitions and those in crisis.
